The time you schedule is reserved for your exclusive use. When appointments are cancelled without sufficient notice, we’re often unable to fill the vacancy causing substantial financial impact to the business and our beloved service providers. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us, we request 24 HOURS notice. Cancellations with less than 24 HOURS notice will result in a charge up to 100% of the scheduled services. A missed appointment will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled services. If you are unable to commit to appointments in advance, we recommend calling the salon (512.658.9231) and asking to be placed on our Wait List. Should an opening in our schedule occur, you will receive a call and will have the opportunity to reserve that time.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY:
We want you to fully enjoy your time with us, so please arrive promptly for your service. Treatments at BLO & GLO are designed to deliver the most benefit within the time allotted. As a courtesy to our other guests, we’re unable to extend service times or issue refunds for late arrivals. While we will make every effort to accommodate late arrivals, if you are more than fifteen minutes late, your service may have to be abridged or rescheduled and our cancellation fee will apply.
For the safety of our clients, only sealed, unopened, unused products will be eligible for a full refund within 10 days of purchase when accompanied with a receipt. These items, once opened are considered contaminated and cannot be resold or used in our salon. If you’d like to test a product prior to committing to a purchase, please ask and we will demonstrate its use, answer any questions you have, and provide you with a sample if available.
Regarding services, all sales are final. Our thorough consultation processes are scheduled to allow plenty of time necessary to communicate your desires and expectations to our professionals for a desirable service outcome, keeping in mind some desired outcomes will require multiple visits. Should your outcome not match your expectations, please contact the manager.
RIGHT TO REFUSE POLICY:
For your safety, comfort, and satisfaction BLO & GLO reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion when necessary. More than anything, we want to ensure you have a great experience at our salon and leave happy with the work we do. Please trust the judgment and recommendation of our trained professionals.
DUTY TO INFORM POLICY:
Your health and safety are of paramount importance to us at BLO & GLO. We trust the information you provide us during your client consultation. Successful service execution requires your full disclosure during these consultations and BLO & GLO will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions to services rendered in circumstances where a guest has failed to inform us of contraindicating conditions.
